Which bills are supported?
US consumer internet, cable, and mobile-phone statements. Medical, insurance, utility, business, and collection documents are not supported.
How does the monthly guarantee work?
If your monthly cellphone savings are not more than that month's subscription fee, that month's fee is refundable through a customer-initiated Shortfall request in Account Settings. The request window is the first 10 days from the start of each monthly billing period. Missed requests do not carry forward to another month's fee. We do not send refund prompts or reminders.
What happens to my source bill?
Source files are removed after successful processing. The structured report is available through its protected link for 30 days, and you can delete its bill data sooner from the report controls.
Do I need last month’s statement?
No. This launch version accepts one current bill. If that bill itself prints a prior/current comparison, the report can use that printed evidence.
