Monthly watchdog means reviewing the bills you upload. We do not connect to your carrier account, retrieve bills automatically or monitor in the background.

If your monthly cellphone savings are not more than that month's subscription fee, that month's fee is refundable through a customer-initiated Shortfall request in Account Settings. The request window is the first 10 days from the start of each monthly billing period. Missed requests do not carry forward to another month's fee. We do not send refund prompts or reminders.
A Shortfall request concerns the subscription fee and does not cancel future renewals. Cancellation remains separate.
Existing one-time purchases keep their original included scan codes. They never become subscriptions automatically.
